Procedure to use Export Notes Software
Buying any product under the Sun is a waste if you don’t know how to use it. It will just remain an object of ornamentation in your house which will be of no use at all. So, it is very essential for manufacturers that the products that they make are usable. In the electronic world, this thing is all the more important, because using electronic products need the users to be savvy and smart. Too complicated products take to the nerves of users which many don’t feel like using. Easiness of the product utilisation process marks the success of it and raises its demand in the market. Here is a simple procedure to use SysTools NSF to PST converter, Export Notes.
First Open SysTools Export Notes Software.
Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Export Notes.

Click ‘Browse’ and select the Lotus Notes database.

After you click on the Browse button following screen will appear:

Select the required file and then click on ‘Open’ Button.
Software displays the following screen:

Scan Lotus Notes Database. This is to help you to know how to scan Lotus Notes NSF Database or file after selecting Lotus Notes Database.
Now, click on ‘Start Scan’ button to start the scanning process of all the selected Notes Database as shown in the screen below:


After complete scan, the software will prompt an alert box as shown below:

Click ‘OK’ to proceed.
Software will display all selected emails, journals, calendar, to do list, address book etc in the specific tabs as shown below:
Mails: To view emails click on the Mail tab as shown in the screenshot below:

Calendar: To view Calendars, click on the Calendar tab as shown underneath:

To Do List: To view the To-do List; click on the To-Do List tab as shown below:

Journals: To view the Lotus Notes Journals, click on Personal Journal tab, see below:

After viewing the files etc, click on the ‘Export tab’ to proceed.
On clicking the ‘Export tab’ you will see the list of items to be converted to MS Outlook as shown below:

Select or deselect the items by selecting the check boxes and choose the Outlook Format you wish by selecting the Outlook Format.
Note - If you have MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP then you should choose Outlook 2000/2002/XP (ANSI format) and if you have MS Outlook 2003/2007 then you should choose Outlook 2003/2007 (Unicode Format).
After this, click on ‘Start Conversion’ button as shown below:

You will be asked to choose a location where you want to save the files. Choose the location:

After selection of the folder and drive where you want to save, click on the ‘OK’ button. Following screen will come:

Click on ‘Export to Outlook’ button to proceed:

After the files are exported from NSF to PST, the software will show the saving location of PST Files along with its migration date and time as shown below:
